By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app and if you don’t agree, please delete the app from your device(s).
WHAT YOU CAN’T DO:
You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app or our trademarks in any way.
You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions without our explicit written permission.
The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to MyBuzz Technologies Ltd.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO YOU:
MyBuzz Technologies Ltd is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
We will never charge you for features or services that are currently offered free to all users, with the exception of free trial periods or special, temporary offers.
The MyShiftPlanner app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Services to you within the app.
SECURITY AND THINGS TO BE AWARE OF:
It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the MyShiftPlanner app won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that MyBuzz Technologies Ltd cannot take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app, such as Live Sharing, cloud backups and auto-sync, will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but MyBuzz Technologies Ltd cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, MyBuzz Technologies Ltd cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, MyBuzz Technologies Ltd cannot accept responsibility.
UPDATES TO THE APP:
With respect to MyBuzz Technologies Ltd’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. MyBuzz Technologies Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on the App Store and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. If Automatic Downloads is disabled on your device, you may need to update manually through the App Store app in order to receive the most recent features and fixes.
Updates provided by MyBuzz Technologies Ltd for MyShiftPlanner will be done at our discretion. We will never promise to provide specific fixes or functionality to a specific timeline, but will always endeavour to keep the app as bug-free and stable on the supported devices and OSs as we can in order to provide the best possible service to you.
To support our efforts, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, unless doing so would compromise your ability to use the app.
We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Our support team are available to help you with the app, answering any questions or helping if you have a problem.

The best way to contact our team is via the “Get Help/Send Feedback” option in the menu of the app. This will also provide us with valuable information about the status of your app to help us resolve any problems you’re having.
We endeavour to respond to all support tickets within 4 working hours of receiving them. If you haven’t received a response within this time, please check your Junk Mail folder as sometimes our replies are incorrectly treated as junk email.
Our team work very hard, but need to sleep occasionally. Our office hours are:
08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday – UK Time. We don’t offer support during weekends or UK public holidays.
Any support tickets or responses received outside these times will be dealt with as soon as we can on the next working day.
ADD-ON FEATURE PACKS AND FEATURE PACK AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Add-on Feature Packs and subscriptions extend the MyShiftPlanner app with extra features to enhance your productivity. These are OPTIONAL purchases, so you have a choice as to whether you wish to proceed with the purchase.
Please make sure you understand what the pack offers, and the value to you before making any purchase withing the app. To help you with this, we will make sure the features included in each pack are clearly explained within the purchase area of the app. If you have questions about the add-on products or features, our support team will glady offer assistance. firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Failure to keep the app updated to the latest version may jeopardise our ability to provide support for these features to you as described later in this document.
On completing the purchase of an add-on feature or feature pack for MyShiftPlanner, we will provide you with all functionality included in that pack as described at the time of purchase.
All advertised features will relate to the latest version of the app, and we cannot be held responsible for any discrepencies between the advertised features and those you can see in the app if you do not have the latest version.
At our discretion, we may choose to add extra functionality to feature packs in future, which will automatically become available to you as part of your previous purchase, if the purchase is still valid.
All purchases are made via the relevant App Store account, and all charges will be made to the payment method (e.g. Credit Card) associated with that account. This is the only payment channel available for in-app purchases.
All purchased feature packs and subscriptions are available to all devices which use the same App Store account. If these aren’t automatically activated on installing the app, use the Restore Purchases option in the menu of the app to activate them.
Note: if you have multiple devices from different vendors that use different App Stores or App Store accounts, you will not be able to share purchases between them as this is against the rules we agreed to with those App Stores.
Therefore, we accept no responsibility for having to make a purchase available across multiple devices if they use App Store accounts different from the one you made the purchase through. Any attempt to re-purchase under a different account will result in you being charged again.
* For Single-Purchase Feature Packs:
Some add-on features are one-off purchases. The functionality provided as part of a single-purchase feature pack will be available for the lifetime of the app or until the time you have been granted a refund from the provider for that feature – whichever is sooner.
* For Auto-renewing Subscriptions:
Some feature packs provided within MyShiftPlanner are an auto-renewing subscription payment model. Subscriptions are charged at the start of each period (e.g. month) and will provide the relevant features of that subscription until the expiry date.
If the subscription includes a free trial period, you won’t be charged until 24 hours before the expiry of the trial, so you can cancel at any time prior to this if you do not wish to continue with the subscription. This can be done through the “Manage Purchases” link within the app.
Unless cancelled, the automated renewal service will attempt to take the next payment 24 hours before the expiry date of the current subscription period. If you cancel the subscription within 24 hours of the next payment being due, the payment may still be taken.
You can manage your subscriptions at any time using the “Manage Purchases” link within the purchasing screens of the app, but also directly within the App Store app on your device. Through here you can view a history of your purchases, cancel the subscription or re-activate (if still within a paid period after cancellation).
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through the relevant App Store. The functionality associated with the subscription will continue to be available until the renewal date for the subscription, after this the functionality will automatically become unavailable within the app.
If you wish to resume your use of the subscription features, you can do so at any time by re-purchasing the subscription.
On occasion, we may decide to change the price of a subscription. In this case you will be informed in advance, providing you with the opportunity to cancel the subscription if you are unhappy with the change.
If you are unhappy with the purchase or features provided, we recommend you contact us for assistance first as we can often resolve issues quickly. However, you also have the right to request a refund of the purchase which must be made directly to the relevant App Store used for the purchase.
MyBuzz Technologies Ltd has no facility to manage refunds from the App Stores, however we are happy to assist in providing the relevant contact details.
On successfully being granted a refund, you will immediately lose the functionality provided by the refunded feature or feature pack.
If you delete and re-install MyShiftPlanner from your device, or install onto another device linked to the same App Store account as the original purchase, you can restore your purchases by using the Restore Purchases option in the app menu. In some cases, these purchases may be automatically restored for you.
REMOVAL OR CHANGES TO FEATURE PACKS
We reserve the right to remove from sale any add-on feature pack at any time without notice. In this case, you will NOT lose use of the features you have already purchased and will be able to continue using them.
BETA and PRE-RELEASE UPDATES:
We may, at our discretion, invite you to become a member of the Test Programme. Becoming a member of the Test Programme provides you with exclusive pre-release access to the latest versions of MyShiftPlanner before public release. This will allow you to try the latest features of MyShiftPlanner and provide feedback directly to the MyShiftPlanner team to help refine and shape the product.
However, pre-release updates also come with a higher risk of containing issues, bugs or incomplete features that may impact your ability to use the app. As such, it is your responsibility to make sure your data is backed up before installing a pre-release (Beta) update of the app. Failing to do so may put your data at risk.
You can remove yourself from the Test Programme at any time by informing our support team, and by installing the Live update from the App Store over-the-top of the pre-release version. Our support team will glady assist you in doing this.
CHANGES TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
